We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to take ownership of this role and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities are:-
- Running day to day interactions with clients working from our office
- BAS/IAS Preparation
- Bank, GST and Payroll Reconciliation
- Completion of year end processes
- Payroll Support
- Accounts Payable Support
The Role
- Accounting packages such as MYOB and Xero
- Microsoft Office (i.e Excel)
- Significant bookkeeping experience
- Ability to resolve problems with client records
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised, effective and quick work completion
- Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines
Key Selection Criteria
- Cert IV in Financial Services Bookkeeping or similiar
- Demonstrated Current Experience using MYOB and Xero is Essential
- Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping experience
- Excellent English - Verbal and Written Skills
