The Role
Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will develop their commercial and financial accounting skills in a very hands-on role. Key responsibilities will focus around the General Ledger and the Financial Accountant will become a master of Journals, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations.
Beyond this, the Financial Accountant will enjoy the opportunity to analyse significant volumes of data and will tested to develop key skills across:
- Problem solving
- Communication skills
- Financial agility
- Budgeting
- Regulatory reporting (APRA)
- Ad-hoc reporting
Finally, the Financial Accountant will receive significant exposure to and training in a number of key commercial projects.

Your Profile
You are a CA/CPA Qualified (or part-qualified) accountant experienced in a hands-on commercial Accounting position. Your career may have started within a firm, however you now enjoy the ownership and career development that a commercial Accounting career provides.
