We are a well established medical manufacturing company based in North Geelong. Due to rapid expansion we are looking to add to our accounts team.

The role

In this varied role you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the senior accountants in managing the daily accounting work.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Accounts receivable and payable processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Basic reports
Assist in BAS
Foreign exchange transaction processing
General office administration tasks as required
General accounting duties as directed

Essentials skills:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounting in Australia
Hands on experience in Reckon (QuickBooks)/MYOB
Sound understanding of accrual accounting
