An opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a stable, reputable and multinational organisation. Working within a friendly, high volume and supportive team environment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Invoice processing
- Retrieve invoices from central email inbox
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Attend to and resolve all supplier queries
- Adjustments
- Ad Hoc Administration
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have relevant, full function Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a high volume environment and available to commence immediately.
You must be a strong team player, have high attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
