The Commercial Manager has a variety of responsibilities focusing on corporate development and M&A transactions providing modelling expertise and analytical support. You will work closely with the Corporate Development and M&A team as well as the wider corporate function including group finance and the CFO. The role will involve creating and developing financial models providing commercial insights focusing on acquisitions, disposals and JV relationships.  

The successful candidate will be a high performance individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop relationships to an executive level. You will have superior analysis, business case review and modelling experience ideally from the big four modelling and valuations or doing a similar role in a large complex corporate.
