About the role
Due to company success and growth, our busy team seeks an experienced Accounts Officer on a Full-Time basis.
As part of the role your duties will include but won't be limited to:
- Accounting and general administration
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Reviewing Letter of Credit (L/C) to determine compliance with international standards
- Payroll & superannuation
- Bank reconciliation functions
- Inventory management
- BAS preparation
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have proven experience with accounting principles and finance
- Studying or intend to study towards CPA, CA
- be skilled in working with multiple currencies
- be confident in the use of Excel, Word, and Xero (Multi-Currency);
- be a strong communicator;
- be flexible with the ability to multi task and pick up new duties quickly;
- have a minimum 3 years' experience (industry experience preferred)
