Accounts Receivable Officer required for a full time position
We are a national Company based in Bayswater managing Leisure Centres and Health Clubs across Australia and New Zealand. We require a person who has brilliant investigative and reconciliation skills and previous experience in Accounts Receivable is essential.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor the position involves:-
- Weekly income and Debtor invoicing
- Bank Statement Uploads, and Reconciliation over multiple Data Bases
- Applying Receipts against Invoices
- Liaising with Club Owners and attending to queries in a timely manner
Although experience in Great Plains would be an advantage it is not essential as training will be provided.
This is a very busy office so the ability to work without constant supervision is also a must.
