The Company

This organisation, market leader in the wholesale of cosmetics has been in a continuous growth phase the past few year and are now looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to their team. Located in the Marrickville area and easily accessible (bus stop 2 minutes and train stop 10 minutes away and free parking onsite), you can contribute to the growth while developping your career there.

The Role

Starting initially on a 3 month contract, there will be potential to become permanent  for the right candidate. In this role, you will perform full function accounts receivable including; credit checks and trade references and set up new accounts on the system, you will look after the receivable inbox for this global company and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. Microsoft Access database will be the key system used there. 

The Individual 

In order to be successful, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

• Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Microsoft Access Database is ESSENTIAL
• SAP Experience ideal but not essential
• Be available to start immediately
