Faulkner Industries is a leading wholesaler to the Hardware Industry and is looking for a part time Accounts/Office Administrator to join the small and friendly team in Braeside.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role would suit a proactive person with attention to detail and has the ability to multi task.
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years experience in an accounts role, and experience working with XERO.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Cash flow / Cash Management
- BAS preparation
- Monthly Payroll & Super
- Data Entry
- General Office duties and support
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts role
- Xero Experience (highly regarded)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
You will need to be organised, confident, self-motivated and must have a strong communication and customer service skills. The applicant must have the ability to multi-task in this dynamic working environment and have strong analytical and computer skills.
Salary will be negotiated in accordance with skills and qualifications.
