The organisation
This Canberra based Chartered Accounting firm has already established itself as a genuine competitor to much larger firms with a highly experienced team and client base.

They offer the breadth of experience and knowledge of a larger firm but with a small firm approach in terms of flexibility and the ability to tailoring their services to meet the needs and expectations of their clients.

The Opportunities
Due to an increase in demand and impending maternity leave, the firm are currently seeking at least another 2 experienced Tax and Business Services Accountants, one a senior and the other at the level of manager. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of small to medium organisations assisting them with the accounting and taxation requirements on an on-going basis, as well as providing advice and guidance as required, for example when businesses were sold or new businesses purchased, refinancing or restructuring or ownership changes.
 
About You
To be successful in this firm, you will ideally have experience in Chartered Accounting firms particularly in taxation and business services, corporate advisory and/or strategic planning.  

You will also be very professionally presented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong customer service focus.  For those at the Manager level, you will have demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio.
