Contract role - Maternity cover
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated person for our office as an Accounts Officer.
The successful applicant will be joining a small friendly team.
The role:
Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable together with general administrative and accounting duties.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Collection of outstanding accounts and receipting.
Handling and resolving customer queries and disputes
Processing of suppliers invoices.
To Succeed in the role you will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar accounts function in a medium to large business
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient time management skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Initiative and highly developed organizational skills
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Good Microsoft office skills
