About the business
Access Sydney Community Transport Ltd, (ASCT) is a Sydney-based not-for-profit organisation located in Ultimo.
It specialises in the provision of transport services for the frail aged, younger people with disabilities and their carers who require accessible and affordable transport options.
The organisation is entering an exciting new phase.
While maintaining its central values of a commitment to inclusiveness, equity and social justice ASCT has recently restructured and expanded the management team to foster our expertise and grow the business.
About the role
As Business Performance Manager you will lead the ongoing implementation and monitoring of ASCT quality and compliance framework. Develop and implement quality improvement projects and initiatives to maintain our customer's safety, accreditation standards and regulatory compliance in accordance with our mission, vision and values.

We are seeking a strategic individual with experience in quality management, compliance and improvement.
Skills
- Proven corporate governance skills, including:
- operational and service performance management, reporting and analysis
- organisational and human resources management
- financial management (budgeting; reporting; compliance; analysis; modelling)
- risk management,
- legislative and contractual compliance and associated systems and processes Work Health Safety
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant State and Federal Government funding for social and community sector programmes
- Understanding of quality improvement frameworks and experience in implementing organisation-wide quality standards (such as Commonwealth Home Care Standards, BOAS, Australia Work Health and Safety Standards AS4801 or AS4804)
- NSW Bus Operators Accreditation or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in computer skills in MS Office, databases and spread sheets and any other relevant custom software
