We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of Veterinary clinics across New South Wales (travel will be involved). You will be in charge of your own success and no day will be the same. You will be responsible for ensuring the clinic’s success with your skills in financial and business management, marketing strategies, and ability to motivate your team. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about growth and change and can deliver a high quality service to our dedicated Veterinary staff and clients.

Essential Criteria:

• Business management qualification or experience equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• A current Australian Driver's Licences
• Experience leading a medium to large team
• Computer literacy, (MS Suite, Practice Management System experience)

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous experience managing several locations in a similar industry or health space
• Demonstrated experience in business management and planning strategies
• Strong financials experience including P & L
• A proven ability to drive change, innovate and implement initiatives
• The ability to lead, manage and support the performance of your team to ensure excellent customer service and clinical management of cases
• Strong communication skills with the desire to build effective working relationships
• The desire to grow your practices to the best they can possible be!
• A clinical background is preferable but not essential.

This position requires someone who has the energy and drive to succeed and the ability to work autonomously. There is only one other Support Office staff member located in NSW, due to our Support Offices being in the Gold Coast and Melbourne. As such, the right candidate will be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be adaptable, working with diverse clinics in various locations. We seek someone who isn’t looking for ‘easy’ – but rather, someone who is looking for ‘rewarding’!
