Our client is a well-established human services firm with a significant national footprint. They are a major player within their industry which they have achieved through delivering positive outcomes for both their clients and customers. We are currently seeking a Divisional Chief Executive for a major division which has a workforce of circa 300/400FTE in a multi-site setting. The division is now at a point in their journey where they are diversifying, growing and focusing on enhancing customer experience.
As Divisional Chief Executive, you will be responsible for a significant P&L. Whilst enjoying broad responsibilities we are seeking an executive with strengths in operational leadership, P&L management, driving growth initiatives and large client management. This experience will likely to have been gained from a human services, managed services or professional services environment with a national footprint.
To be successful, you will have successfully led operational teams of greater than 100FTE in a service-based setting. A proven track record of being heavily involved in large tenders is also required. You will also need to be commercial, analytical and energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
