This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Real Estate Operations Manager with an astute business eye to implement changes and streamline process according to best practice. Must have previous experience working within a similar role with a great track record for bringing people together to achieve business goals.

We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to take our business to the next level and drive our mission to deliver exceptional customer service at all levels.
The role:
- Responsible for managing a growing agency to achieve goals and deliver customer service excellence
- Oversee operational activities and ensure efficiencies throughout all areas of our business
- Weekly reporting to Director and working closely within the leadership group
- Responsible for process improvement of systems and management of compliance
You:
- Have a strong Real Estate background and have held similar roles previously
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Innate ability to solve challenges easily and effectively
- Strategy focused, high emotional intelligence
- Awareness around financial sustainability and financial management principles
- Ability to be a team player and embrace our vision, mission, values and standards of the Stone brand
You are a true professional with the ability to streamline and implement processes to achieve results. You thrive in a busy environment and take pride in motivating and guiding a team to ensure industry best practice. You have a strong work ethic and have proven experience in developing a existing teams.
