Our Client has an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to utilise their experience in establishing and driving sales growth within the Education Sector.

Description
- Establish relationships with educational facilities, sports facilities and commercial developers with the focus to drive sales growth.
- Ensure to be knowledgeable of the market and to identify opportunities within the existing accounts and new opportunities with new accounts.
- Ability to ascertain client requirements and delivery a consultative and add value solution.
- Prepare presentations to clients.
- Liaise with subject expert matters to provide the best solution to your client.
- Apply analytical and process skills to manage sales processes and projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring all requirements are met by deadlines.
- Engage in a professional and consultative manner with clients.
- Thorough pipeline and client management, monitoring all CRM activities.
- Develop and implement infrastructures that will support in identifying opportunities with existing clients and New Business Development. Opportunity to apply two revenue channels, new projects and maintenance and repair.
- Liaise with internal teams and senior management with market activities in order to forecast and effectively respond to all relevant industry sales activities. Contribute to Sales meetings.
- To develop and implement sales strategies that will facilitate in meeting sales targets. Recommend countermeasures where required in order to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved.
- Monitor and ensure all activities are compliant with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements
Profile
- Business Development Manager with hunter mentality when searching new revenue streams
- Business to Business experience within commercial landscape, civil construction and/ or selling into the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and highly organised
- Analytical and negotiating skills
