About the opportunity

Due to growth an exciting new position has been created for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at Mount Waverley.

This role will require you to be the conduit between Sales and Marketing teams and assist with the facilitation and administration of key operational requirements. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager & National Marketing Manager and with a strong peer network of supervisors, your core objectives will include: 

  • Running all Sales reporting, including: SOH Report, Bunnings Connect Reports, Weekly Sales Out Data, New Product Release Summaries and Catalogue Sell Up Sheets;
  • Responsible for the management and distribution for all daily sales reports;
  • Maintain and manage QlikView report programs and mapping files;
  • Management of all marketing collateral including inventory and distribution to sales team;
  • Marketing administration support- purchase order processing, promotional stock management/fulfilment and event support;
  • Coordinating Sales team communication- organising uniforms, send POS, manage contact and email lists;
  • Assisting with the organisation of Sales teams Car Stock;
  • Performing ad-hoc duties requested by management- presentation assistance, support State Sales Managers and general administration duties.

About You

To succeed in this role, the successful incumbent should possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Demonstrates high level of enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and informatively;
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with SAP is highly desired;
  • Ability to work under pressure and has strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
