South Yarra Volkswagen has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced, motivated and professional motor vehicle sales specialist to compliment our sales team.
South Yarra Volkswagen is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. This sales driven role has the ultimate aim to provide overall solutions to our customers and ensure we are providing the never forgetting experience that South Yarra Volkswagen values.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating excitement and passion around our products
- Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
- Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products.
To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Vic Drivers licence
- Motivated and passionate nature.
- Proactive and solution driven.
- Excellent customer service skills in face to face sales
- Experienced in working in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
