Role Snapshot

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer focus and hospitality background, looking to take the next step in their career into an account management role, working with a fun and appealing product of ours, Keno.

Reporting through to the Senior Business Partner Manager, this role is critical to ensuring that the operators of Keno within the South-west of Sydney and Hume corridor including ACT, are aware and engaged with all customer offers and product developments at all times. Ideally the successful candidate would  be based in South West Sydney. The Keno Sales Executive will maintain Keno’s distribution footprint and will drive turnover through a robust call cycle that focuses on trade engagement, knowledge, training and product presentation in venue.

How you will contribute

 This role will focus on, however not limited to;

  • Working closely with all venue partners to ensure venues are adequately presented
  •  Develop sales opportunities and co-ordinate and implement new product rollouts, services and upgrades to facilitate the achievement of sales growth objectives
  •  Developing and executing approved sales strategies for venues growth through the sell in of promotions, merchandising and other targeted activities to agreed standards
  •  Developing and delivering training to Keno operators relating to product knowledge, driving sales, balancing, bet types and effective promotions
