About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and working with an existing portfolio of clients to exceed your sales targets and grow market share.

You will:

  • Develop long term relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales targets across our product portfolio
  • Grow market share in your territory
  • Prepare client proposals to negotiate successful business proposals to deliver solution based outcome across your full product portfolio

About You

We're looking for commercially minded media sales professionals, preferably with previous independent agency & direct media sales experience. You will have plenty of enthusiasm and energy, the ability to learn and grow and the ambition to build a career in Outdoor media.

You will also demonstrate:

  • A proven record of accomplishment in exceeding sales targets and KPI's consistently
  • Superior presentation skills and an ability to talk to influencers and decision makers at all levels of the business
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for innovation and change
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • While previous media experience will be a distinct advantage, your attitude, approach, team fit and skills are just as important.
  • A proactive approach to all aspects of the role
