RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT
Part Time - 25 Hours per Week

Split locations - Melb CBD & Werribee Stores

Our RACV Retail Outlets based in Victoria pride themselves on recognising and rewarding outstanding performance.

We are proud of our professional environment and are seeking an outstanding individual as an addition to our team in a split role between our Little Collins St and Werribee stores.

Our new team member will have solid customer service/sales experience in a dynamic retail/telco environment with the ability to build rapport quickly identifying a need to best service our members.

To ensure your success you will have:

• Solid face to face customer service/sales experience
• Proven track record selling, cross selling and upselling
• Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s
• The ability to learn quickly and the drive to succeed
• High level computer skills with proficiency to navigate through multiple systems
• Enthusiasm and commitment to provide a positive member experience
• Fluency in a second language (desirable but not mandatory)

The hours of work:

• Permanent part time - 25 hrs per hour week
• 6 week rotating roster - Hours rostered between 9am - 2.15pm
• Weekday’s in Little Collins Street, Melbourne
• One Saturday and two Sunday’s in a 6 week rostered period at Werribee
• Flexibility is required to cover overtime, annual leave etc.
