Our client is a Leading Distributor of products to General Industry, Infrastructure, Government and Electrical and Data Contractors. This position located in an established and profitable branch is located in Tuncurry on the Mid North Coast. The manager has full autonomy for the business including sales growth through introduction of new customers plus retention of established accounts, developing staff, stock profiling, contract negotiation and day to day operations.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to join an independent electrical and data supplier and build a long-term career with a company focused on rewarding high performance.
Key Requirements for this position include:
- Proven Management Experience in Electrical or Trade Wholesaling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong attention to detail
- High organisational and time management skills
- Proficient staff management and people development skills
