With continued sales growth cementing our luxury market leadership, WA's Largest Mercedes-Benz Dealership, Diesel Motors, is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager.
This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with a world class customer service experience from our flagship facility.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the position is responsible for selling finance and insurance products to pre-owned customers and providing an excellent customer experience.
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Delivering value for customers
- To ensure the clerical operations are completed accurately
To be successful, you will need the following:
- Must be currently in the industry and specialising in automotive finance
- Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and driven by results
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
