Our sales team come from a variety of backgrounds, FMCG, consumer goods and building products. What brings us all together is a real passion for home products and working for an Australian leader. In this role you will lead the transformation of how we execute joint business planning for our indepedent groups. You'll identify risks/opportunities based on commercial analytics and work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise on market opportunities.

Heads up: We are out at Bella Vista, but offer flexible arrangements such as change in start/finish times, and regular work from home.


Requirements


  • Management and building of national account plans of one of GWA's largest accounts
  • Development and implementation of strategies, category initiatives and tactical programs to ensure revenue growth and achievement
  • Lead and implement category reviews with the customer and identify performance gaps
  • Identifying and converting business development opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with the Trade & Retail, Commercial & Design and Residential sales teams to ensure sales are maximised across segments.
  • Prepare customer budgets and complete rolling monthly sales forecasts whilst ensuring accurate demand planning forecasts.
  • Sales performance analysis and reporting as required
  • Internal collaboration across Customer Service, Marketing, and Supply Chain operations to provide the best products and service to customers
About You
  • Background in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics or Pharmaceuticals desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years as a Sales Professional with experience as a Key/National Account Manager
  • Proven track record managing a key international or local retailer. Channel partner management experience is desirable
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills
  • Reliability, curiosity, and high level of accountability
