CSG have been engaged by a market leading multinational OEM within the Valve industry to recruit a Strategic Business Development Manager based in Sydney to join their experienced sales team. Our client is extremely well-established and respected in the Food & Beverage and Healthcare industry. KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Capitalise on existing customer base and identify new opportunities by analyzing sales teams performance with the objective to improve individuals performance and go to market strategies across New Zealand and Australia.
  • Helping sales team improve their sales technique, industry and portfolio knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable track record in a Business Development and Account Management position.
  • Proficient analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Prior experience selling Control Valves into the Food & Beverage and Healthcare industries is highly advantages.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capable of communicating technical concepts with clarity.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working to sales targets, forecasting and reporting.
