• Mon- Fri Full time
• Contract- 3 month with view to extension
• North Ryde- Close to public transport

As an Agent Service Representative, you will be a critical part of the success of BOC’s Gas Agent network. Our products provide life critical oxygen to home and hospital patients, put bubbles in beer in the hospitality sector, provide welding gases for fabrications as well as over a hundred more applications.

In order to distribute our products Australia wide, BOC partner with close to 1000 independent businesses who supply our customers on our behalf. The ‘BOC My Agent Centre’ team are here to support this channel of business partners and as our Agent Service Representative you will be responsible for; growing our footprint by finding new gas agents, training thm on internal systems and troubleshooting as required and providing ongoing support to the network.

The Role

• Provide ongoing training and support for gas agents
• Coordinating the opening and closing process for Agents
• Facilitating local sales initiatives with agents to grow their (and our) business
• Organising gas agent stock takes with stock coordinators
• Ongoing account management sales support for Gas Agents
• Agent licensing and dangerous good regulatory checks
• Maintain a regular call cycle with nominated gas agents

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• SAP experience (desirable)
