Duties will involve:

• Helping customers get the best service and solving their enquiries.
• Developing relationships with our existing customers.
• Communicating with prospective customers to establish their requirements and to identify opportunities to assist them.
• Using our online platforms, including our exciting finance platform and CRM and Marketing CMS.
• Downloading and analysing marketing data reports relating to our business activities and making commentary for management.
• Helping drive marketing campaigns.
• Assisting the marketing and field-based sales team.
• Adhoc administration duties as required.

Skills required

• Strong phone negotiation skills and experience.
• Customer services experience.
• Exposure to marketing and sales support.
• Confident employing Microsoft Products with Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables/V Look Ups); previous experience of a CRM or WordPress package and advantage.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Ideally a good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Customer services driven.
• Highly motivated.
• Team player.
• Good communication skills. Both written and verbal English communications mandatory.
