The Role
Blue Star DISPLAY VIC is currently looking for a success oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be required to draw upon your knowledge base and experience in the market to manage a diverse range of customers with the primary focus on managing retail based clients which have POS and Display requirements.
About the role:
This role is central to Blue Star Display delivering successful outcomes for clients. Specific responsibilities include:
 Working within an existing account service team to manage customer project requirements
 Servicing of current customers to develop strong & profitable strategic business relationships
 Develop project specifications to reflect client requirements
 Manage and control the project ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget
 Maintain proactive client relationship management during the project lifecycle
 Ensure project documentation and deliverables are of a high standard
 Contribute to the successful outcomes of the account service team by promoting teamwork and displaying a friendly and positive attitude
 Understand customer needs & requirements to ensure we are working within the best solution model that is tailored to the customer
 Involvement in regular client reviews & prepare reporting as requested by client and as per agreed SLAs
About you:
