The Role
Blue Star DISPLAY VIC is currently looking for a success oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be required to draw upon your knowledge base and experience in the market to manage a diverse range of customers with the primary focus on managing retail based clients which have POS and Display requirements.
About the role:
This role is central to Blue Star Display delivering successful outcomes for clients. Specific responsibilities include:
Working within an existing account service team to manage customer project requirements
Servicing of current customers to develop strong & profitable strategic business relationships
Develop project specifications to reflect client requirements
Manage and control the project ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget
Maintain proactive client relationship management during the project lifecycle
Ensure project documentation and deliverables are of a high standard
Contribute to the successful outcomes of the account service team by promoting teamwork and displaying a friendly and positive attitude
Understand customer needs & requirements to ensure we are working within the best solution model that is tailored to the customer
Involvement in regular client reviews & prepare reporting as requested by client and as per agreed SLAs
