What makes a Grower Representative successful?
Our Grower Representatives come from a wide range of industries and commodities – cotton, beef, sugar, grains or other commodities, agribanking, sales or merchandise. Most of the team have Agribusiness qualifications but all have a passion and commitment for Australian agriculture and the drive to deliver exceptional service and lasting grower relationships.
Strong administration and time management skills are also important. Your outstanding interpersonal skills and the ownership to go the extra mile will see you excel.

What does this role involve?
Based out of our Wee Waa Office, this procurement role will see you out on the road visiting growers. You will provide market information and help growers gin and market their cotton and cottonseed. You will accumulate business, manage contracts, work alongside those at the gin, support your colleagues and hold local marketing events. No two days will ever be the same!
