We are seeking someone who has a hunter mentality so if you want to empower people we definitely want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have 1 or 2 years of sales/customer service experience in either retail, hospitality, or telecoms but the employer is happy to train the right people for the team!
Your new role:

Utilising outbound calling opportunities to generate sales and acquire new customers - yes this is phone based!

Using the advanced Salesforce CRM Platform

Developing relationships with industry professionals
-
Probing customers for challenges and linking them to beneficial events

Informing customers of our events through cross-selling and upselling
What you’ll need to succeed:
-
Superior verbal communication skills, particularly on the phone
-
A strong work ethic with the ability to hit targets
-
To be self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a team environment

Experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment is highly desirable!

Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)
