The company:

People2people have partnered with a global brand in the motorcycle industry - who have a strong track record and following within the Australian and global market.  They are looking to grow their sales and business by bringing on board a dedicated, driven and motivated individual who has the passion to drive growth in brand and bottom line.

The role:

Based in Sydney but working with their national dealer network you would be reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager.  You will be working closely with the existing dealership network to help develop brand image while improving customer experience by setting up policies and guidelines coupled with monthly and reporting.  In addition to the above, you will form part of vital link to source and bring on board new dealers into the network and setting them up for success.

Selection criteria:

• Previous Sales / Marketing experience gained within an motorcycle / automotive / powersports industry sector is essential
• Experience in engaging and partnering with a broader dealer network.
• As this is a national function within the business - your ability to travel is essential.
• Strong business acumen to be able to help develop dealers and their performance.
• Strong understanding of both the retail and wholesale side to the business.
