The Role 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual to take their sales career to the next level. The role is based in the Riverland, so if you’re a local go getter of the Region or an ambitious individual who is willing to relocate to Riverland and has the flexibility to travel to the surrounding regional area we want you to apply!  This role will see you working predominantly in the Grocery and Petroleum Channels. As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing our portfolios, through your sensational customer service and ensuring that our products are at their optimum in the market place.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager you will present our customers with business growth opportunities and drive long term profitable sales growth for CCA.  You will be a highly motivated and organized individual, demonstrating your superior multitasking capabilities to seamlessly manage your territory.

About You

You have a strong sales and service background and must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, planning and organization skills and a resilient approach. Most importantly you will have the desire and passion to succeed, a thirst to learn, motivated to achieve sales results, a real team player and are a positive individual. The ability to build relationships, be adaptable, versatile organized and business savvy is what will set you apart!

The successful application will possess the following –

  • Experience in over achieving sales targets, initiating sales plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work within a large territory.
  • Passion and hunger for Sales with a proven success record.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Proven strong work ethic, organizational skills / discipline, with a passion and hunger for success.
