What you will do:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based in Sydney. You will be focusing on pursuing new sales opportunities and assisting the local team with growing and developing existing client relationships, and responding to sales opportunities for Planned Service Agreement Contracts and Service Executed Retrofit growth. This role is flexible for the right applicant.
What we look for
Required
- Must have background in HVAC, BMS, Fire, Security or other building services.
- Sound understanding of the vertical markets such as, Health care, Education-University, K-12 and Commercial buildings.
- Must have the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers in difficult situations
- Proven management skills in achieving results, including financial, goal setting, planning and review
Preferred
- Demonstrates strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
- Customer orientation
- Sound commercial and business acumen
- Excellent negotiating skills with the objective of achieving WIN/WIN outcomes
- Ability to successfully manage risk and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally
- Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns. Understands the customer’s business and speaks their language
- A proven track record of high level client and service provider relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in the customer’s buying decision process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
