Our client is a luxury car dealership seeking a well- presented Sales Support to join their established business. As part of a close-knit team you will take ownership of liaising with Sales Departments, Finance and Insurance institutions and customers. You will be enthusiastic and positive and represent this brand confidently at all times.
The Role
- Support the Business Managers with their daily administrative duties
- Make sure all relevant supporting documents are provided to meet the Finance Application settlement requirements
- Provide professional and technical knowledge of products and services to customers
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Adhere to the sales process that is outlined by Dealership Management
- Attend to customer queries in a timely manner
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have previous experience within lending or finance
- Have a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Have excellent mentoring and people management skills
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
