We are seeking confident and enthusiastic Aftermarket Sales Manager with strong rapport building skills to join our multi-franchise sales team.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service whilst working within a team environment.
Full training will be provided with an opportunity to progress and develop within the Automotive Industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting and selling our full range of car care products to every customer including vehicle protection products, scratch & dent systems.
- Following up with customers via phone or email.
- Provide and explain product warranty guidelines to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all documentation relating to the Aftermarket department is kept up to date.
- Meet sales and KPI targets set by management.
- Develop solid working relationships with the sales teams
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills
- Self-motivation with the desire and ability to hit sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Outstanding customer service
