The Role

Provide professional Sales Support to customers after understanding their requirements
Build and develop strong customer networks
Ensure that product and service promises are delivered

Your Duties

Welcome customers into a state of the art showroom and build relationships based on trust and sound advice
Build quotation portfolio and manage through to completion
Advise customers of regular special events or changes in product specifications
Work in a strong team environment that supports each others customers

Your Expertise

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people
Mature, respectful communicator
May have a trade background or interior design (not essential)
Strong presenter of products based on a clear understanding of the customers requirements
Ability to identify issues and resolve them to minimise disruption to customer plans
Capacity to learn, training includes full ongoing product knowledge
