About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an Account Manager who works to maintain and grow existing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role to ensure that the clients needs at met in a timely and satisfactory way. You will recommend solutions for SEO, SEM, and social to drive a return on investment for the client.

General Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive retention
  • Respond to client questions, queries, or other from clients
  • Support development managers with ongoing projects
  • Conduct the necessary project management activities in order to ensure products/services are deliver to the required expectations
  • Identify, develop and communicate relevant new product offerings to clients
  • Identify upcoming opportunities
  • Liaise between internal teams and other external stakeholders
  • Conduct account management activities as required

About you

You will have a passion for fostering and building solid relationships. You will be managing a range of account management duties such as brief interpretation, strategy development, budget generation and management, problem-solving. You will have an ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will possess  strategic thinking skills, influencing skills, client facing skills, while also having strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3+ years as an Account Manager / Executive / Client Success in a digital / advertising /agency environment
  • General understanding of SEO, social and or SEM
  • Need to be able to present well to directors and managers
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking skills
  • Able to manager general account management duties such as brief interpretation, strategy development etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite
