About you

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead, develop and grow our sales teams in our Capalaba store.

You come to us with a proven track record of leading winning sales teams and delivering profitable sales growth. You know that results don’t happen by chance – you constantly push yourself and help your team to deliver. It’s this drive for results that sets you apart, so that when faced with inevitable setbacks, you remain focused and step up to tackle any challenge.

You balance this high energy and drive with a methodical, planned approach. You break organisational goals into tangible targets and milestones, establish responsibilities, and keep a close eye on results.

You understand how critical you and your team are to delivering a positive experience for our customers. You take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the Good Guys brand to the highest standard, and make sure others do the same. Most importantly, you believe in the value of growing your team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback.
