About You
We are looking for someone who can lead a high achieving team of account managers and maximise revenue with effective people management. It goes without saying, you will need to be level headed and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Bringing your previous experience working in the media world you will need to be very familiar with all things digital and always have your finger on the pulse to ensure you and your team are ahead of the game. With a hands-on management style, you will also bring your ability to think outside of the box to help develop innovative solutions for your clients, passing on your knowledge to your team. The team is made up of very outgoing and lively personalities so we are looking for someone with high energy and a similar personality to help take things to the next level.
The Role
You will be based on the beautiful and sunny Gold Coast servicing clients across the Gold Coast region, southern parts of Brisbane and Northern NSW. Breaking it down, half your time will be spent managing your team and the other half will be spent meeting with clients and potential new clients. Your immediate team will be made up of 4 account managers however you will need to work with internal stakeholders across the country in other areas of the business. You will be challenged with educating both your team and your clients on the benefits of digital marketing and increasing customer spend in this area.
