This Sales Representative role offers you the opportunity to join our Trauma team, covering Wollongong and the surrounding areas including Nowra and Bowral.  You can easily commute from The Shire, Cronulla, and other surrounding beach locations!

In this role you will:

• Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
• Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker trauma products.
• Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• Previous selling track record of exceptional performance within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry.
• Knowledge of the medical / hospital markets will be complemented by your communication, negotiation and influencing skills, your commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customer's expectations.
• Drive to succeed combined with your love of the 'thrill of the chase' will ensure your success in this role.
