The key focus of this role is to develop a network of business partners to facilitate new home sales. You will be working from our head office in Mount Waverley as well as meeting channel partners on site.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and establishing new channel partners in key geographic areas;
  • Effectively communicating products and service offerings and maintaining a consistent level of partner engagement and communication;
  • Actively monitoring and understanding individual business needs and responding effectively to requirements.
  • Facilitating new sales opportunity referrals from new channel partners; and
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing channel partners.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive sales/ business development experience;
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding set KPI’s;
  • Experience in implementing new and existing business strategies and achieving sales targets;
  • A sound understanding of the property market and of mortgage financing;
  • Familiarity with the use of contact management and CRM systems and general competency with office software; and
  • Previous experience with property investment sales will be highly regarded.
