Senior Residential Sales Role for one of Australia's biggest multi-residential builders.
Your new company
Hays is allied with this multiple award winning residential builder based across multiple suburbs in the Northern and Brisbane CBD area. The company have over 40 years’ experience in the sector operating across Australia. The company regularly complete multiple exceptional urban projects across Brisbane annually.
Your new role
You will be responsible for generating foot traffic and converting leads in a booming construction area around Brisbane. You will be required to transfer inquiries in to sales and help facilitate the communications between the builder and the customer for all extra inclusions. You will have the opportunity to continue brand development for the organisation and bring in new business and sales to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of sales in Queensland, preferably in Brisbane. It would be ideal if prior to this you had a successful residential sales or apartment sales background. You will need to be immaculately presented as this position is often the face of the business and additionally you will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and written as communication is a key aspect of the role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive one of the highest and clear commission incentive salaries on the market. For all home sales your will receive set values for different sale value brackets. This commission base gives you the potential to make over $200k annually in your first year.
