In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and coaching to Volunteer Managers and direct reports. You will also lead projects and initiatives in line with the strategic Plan, business priorities and the business plan. You will also have previous management experience, be advanced in excel, outlook and word, as well as have the ability to influence.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- The ability to provide analysis, planning and implementation of recruitment, induction, training and retention strategies
- Advanced MS Office, excel and Word skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
- To provide regular reporting to the General Manager
- Oversee management of professional; development and training schedules for all members.
- Building relationships, provide support and ability to multitask under pressure
