About Our Client:

After an incredible 30 years of being one of Australia’s leading bedding manufacturer and distributor, our client is at the beginning of a new partnership with a American and global retailer.

They have a genuine belief and passion in helping people enjoy a good night’s sleep, which is seamless due to their premium quality and care (it's so good they even supply places like Crown Towers Hotel)!

  

About The Role:

Starting this new joint venture, this role is all about promoting, demonstrating and selling high quality mattresses from an American mattress giant. You will be involved throughout various locations throughout Melbourne and demonstrating the quality of these products. 

This role has a set schedule and program, where you will have 10 days on, and 2 weeks off. The hours are;

Monday - Friday 10:00am to 8:30pm
Saturday 9:30am to 6:30pm
Sunday 10:00am to 6:00pm

Your days will be filled with;

• Attending specific retail outlets in Docklands, Epping, Moorrabin & Ringwood
• Educating, showcasing and ultimately selling high quality mattresses
• Creating excitement and inspiration to each customers

  

About You:

Let’s face it, to be in promotions and sales you need have a natural ability to create relationships swiftly and with ease and this is exactly what you do best.

Perhaps you are studying online, semi-retired or have a hobby that you can't get enough of! The rotating roster will give you the freedom to enjoy doing what you love, with 2 weeks of freedom, which includes 2 weekends off in a row!

You are a bundle of energy, always the life of the party and never run out of things to say when meeting new people – you love meeting new people and are the last person to shy away from introducing yourself.

Whilst you are easy to talk to and love the thrill of a sale, your approach is genuine, consultative and unthreatening (our client is not in the business of forcing a sale).

You also enjoy the finer things in life and want to be standing by and support a product of the highest quality to give you the confidence to draw people into a conversation effortlessly.
  


Selection Criteria:

To be successful for this exciting opportunity you will need the following;

• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Previous experience in either sales or promotions is ideal
• Excellent influencing skills
• Amazing attitude and energy
• A drivers license is beneficial
