A highly established Australian company who has just gone through a major re-brand and offers over 100,000 products to all industry sectors is ready to hire an energetic and highly engaging individual who is looking to build a  career in account management inside sales and join their Sydney based team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and joining a collaborative team, we are looking for an energetic and emerging phone-based Account Manager, with a strong customer focus to manage an industry vertical portfolio of clients. This role offers development and support in growing your account management career. 
  
Role Responsibilities 

• Building relationships with customers, over the phone
• Developing strong partnerships, by maintaining regular contact and establishing trust through your delivery and market knowledge
• Working with your clients to understand their monthly requirements for their business and promote the products for best fit solution
• Implement effective action plans for key customers across all lines of business
• Proactively seek out business opportunities and implement solutions to the benefit of the customer and company
• Work with the over-riding key account manager to continue to develop the account and grow the spend in each account

Your main focus will include; outbound calling to existing contracted clients talking to key stakeholders about their monthly buying patterns and how you can assist with them with their monthly spend. This role will see you developing strong partnerships, by maintaining regular contact and establishing trust through your product knowledge; and marketing of new category products that would add a better value proposition for their business. Included in your day to day is answering inbound call inquires from your clients and ensuring any email orders are also handled with care and precision.
