About the Role

Targeting SMEs and business owners, you will provide business customers with solutions and advice that helps them improve efficiency in their business and grow. Your role will include servicing and business customers who walk through the store, as well as contact customers and attend appointments and provide solutions to their business. We are looking for a ‘go getter’ who has a detailed understanding of the telecommunications and business to business industry.

Reporting to the Licensee, your main duties will include:

  • Identify opportunities for new business customers to achieve targets and obtain daily results
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within defined existing accounts and target accounts
  • Building rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value by providing personalised solutions by asking the right questions about their needs and lifestyle
  • Develop professional relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to, and negotiations with, customers to achieve growth objectives
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to close deals
  • Educate business customers to be ‘that business’ by getting online, selling online essentials, digital office technology (DOT) and Cloud Apps, including business mobiles and bundles and new connections – small business
  • Confidently qualify hard and close easy solutions to clientele
  • Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Assist in other areas of the business and serving customers

This is a permanent Full Time position, with the availability to work on weekends.

The right candidate will be challenged, but also well rewarded with a good salary package, superannuation, good incentives and bonuses for achieving targets and KPI’s – Potential OTE $100,000.

 

Skills & Experience

If you are curious, you take risks and you have a strong self-concept and you want fast growth, you will have:

  • 3 years+ in Telecommunications industry, specialising in Business to Business
  • High level of knowledge relating to all our products, plans and services
  • A high level of confidence, motivation and an enthusiastic attitude to win business
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a pro-active ambitious attitude
  • A competitive and commercial mind set with proven background in Business to Business Sales
  • Sales focused and strive to achieve personal and store targets and KPIs
  • Great telephone skills to create new leads and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • A strong ability to build client relationships, develop teamwork and a winning culture
  • Confidence in presenting and public speaking
  • Good problem solver who is experienced in dealing with a variety of situations
