MIA Radiology, a member of I-MED Radiology Network, Australia’s largest private medical imaging network is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join the I-MED Management team at our head office in Glen Waverley.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your sales skills in a leadership position responsible for local and national strategy and execution.
The I-MED Radiology Network offers a comprehensive range of services including CT, MRI, ultrasound, general x-ray, and a commitment to exceptional standards of patient care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing sales leadership to drive MIA Radiology and I-MED Radiology Network revenue growth through the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy
- Managing the MIA Customer Relations team and assisting them to develop and achieve performance targets
- Leading the MIA Radiology customer relationship strategy and execution
- Participating in the development, advocacy and execution of the I-MED Radiology Network sales and marketing strategy
- Brand Management and delivery of the I-MED Customer Value Promise
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy with associated KPIs that meets/exceeds financial objectives
- managing a team’s new business targets through territory management/prospecting/sales pipeline development
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for new business development
- Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and managing a successful sales team
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Exemplary communication, influencing and leadership skills with significant experience working with and communicating and influencing middle and executive management
- Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of GP, specialist and customer segments preferred
- Previous experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
