About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to retain and drive Legal sales across our Small Law client portfolio.

Thomson Reuters Legal provides some of the best known and most widely recognised publications and online solutions in the market. Some of our key products include Westlaw AU, Practical Law AU, Legal Precedents NSW and a variety of print subscriptions and books/ebooks.

Your key priorities will be achievement of client retention, up-selling to existing clients and overall revenue growth. You will attain these results by developing close relationships with customers to understand their business needs in order to provide them with appropriate product solutions mix.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong Account Management experience and ideally have experience/qualifications within legal/or other professional areas, although this is not essential. You will require a passion for customer service, a personal drive for success and a strong determination to achieve your objectives.

About you

  • 1- 2 years experience in a sales or Account Management role
  • Strong Account Management or sales skills with a track record of achieving client retention
  • Experience of conducting product demonstrations via WebEx or in person
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Customer centric approach
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities to cross sell solutions
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in the legal industry
  • Strong Excel skills
