The Company:

Sea to Summit is a global manufacturer of equipment for adventure & travel.  Sea to Summit products are sold in over 40 different countries around the world.  Our products can be found in a number of different retail environments including; watersports, travel, climbing, family camping, homewares, gift, fishing, Government, Defence & airports. 

The Australian distribution business sells the Sea to Summit brand along with other leading brands like; CamelBak, Black Diamond & Pacsafe to name a few.  We are a growing business with offices in Perth, Sydney, Germany, China and Hong Kong.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager  to join our NSW team. This role reports direct to the National Sales Manager who is based at our Global Head office in Perth. The role has focus on the Adventure, Travel, Lifestyle market, 70% of your role is managing existing relationships, identifying opportunities to grow the value of your accounts whilst 30% will be focused on new business acquisition.

Visiting approximately 4-6 sites daily, you must manage and organise your time effectively. You will also be required to travel regularly across northern NSW to visit regional clientele which includes overnight and multi day trips. Interstate travel is also a requirement of this role.

The Candidate:

You will have field based sales experience ideally within Adventure, Outdoor and Lifestyle products.

You will be a fun, well organised and vibrant individual who can demonstrate a strong track record of sales success. You will be someone that takes pride in your approach to developing business, has a professional and articulate communication style and presents as a ‘trusted advisor’ for your customers.

It would be beneficial if you’ve sold a premium product where you have had to sell on quality rather than price.
