GymSales is the leading SaaS Sales CRM System designed specifically for the Health & Fitness Industry. We are currently in use in 3000 Clubs in 24 Countries; due to this significant growth we require 2, high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join, and help build, our Sales Development organisation.

You will help lay the foundation of this sales effort through discussing our software product with prospective Gym Owners and articulating the value of GymSales for their business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work strategically with our Sales team to qualify deals and create dramatic growth for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively seek and source Lead Generation opportunities in the Asia/Pacific Region through outbound cold calls, emails, and customer meetings.
  • Assist the NAM to develop Sales Strategies within the Asia/Pacific Market.
  • Research and prioritise prospective Gym chains.
  • Develop scalable prospecting tools to maximise our reach.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings between Gym Managers/Owners and members of our Sales team.
  • Gain sales exposure and experience by partnering with our sales reps
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and inspire them to learn how GymSales can benefit their business.
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts that are aligned with Asia/Pacific revenue targets set by the NAM and the CEO.
  • Generate leads and building pipeline of new and repeat business by providing service, product & technical information
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Enter and maintain prospects and opportunities in the Salesforce CRM
  • Any other duties required as dictated by the CEO and National Account Manager

Performance Goals:

  • - Book a minimum of 25 Qualified Appointments per month (which show)
  • - Other TBA

You possess:

- A hunger, desire and drive to do whatever is required to seek a new opportunity.

- Ideally you will have come from the Health & Fitness Industry (Sales, General Management).

- Use your industry knowledge and contacts to generate new opportunities.

- Will possess great communication skills (written/verbal).

- Understand Objection Handling.

- Will be a motivated, self starter with excellent time management skills who possesses the ability to plan, strategise and execute well.

- A strong desire to grow your career in Sales.

- Will be a critical thinker with strong decision making abilities.

- No reservations communicating on the phone and face to face.

- 1 years experience in client-facing or sales role a plus.

Prior experience in the Health & Fitness Industry will be highly regarded.

Career opportunities available for progression to Account Executive for high performers within a 12 Month period. You may also be involved in Trade Show Presentations.
